These terms apply to tours and services booked with Edita Morocco Tours.
Bookings & deposits
A tour is confirmed once you accept a written itinerary and pay the agreed deposit. The balance is due as stated in your confirmation, typically on arrival.
Prices
Prices are quoted per person based on the group size and services agreed. They may change if the scope of the trip changes at your request.
Changes & cancellations
Because our tours are private, most changes can be accommodated with notice. Cancellation terms are set out in your written confirmation; deposits may be non-refundable within a certain window.
Responsibilities
We arrange transport, accommodation and guiding with care. You are responsible for valid travel documents, insurance and any personal medical needs. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every traveller.
Liability
We are not liable for delays or changes caused by events beyond our control, such as weather, road conditions or force majeure. We will always do our best to find a good alternative.
